Richmond, Ky. - The Bluffton University women's golf team dropped eight strokes on Sunday, March 31, in its 2019 spring opener at the Alice Lloyd Invitational. Bluffton shot a 447, giving the Beavers a 902 for the weekend.
Abby Bullion (Bellevue, Ohio) and Keely Briggs (Franklin, Ohio) led the Beavers with identical 221's for the weekend with Briggs' 103 on Saturday Bluffton's best round of the tournament. Brylee Oberdorf (Green Springs, Ohio) carded 224, while Kourtney Kretschmar (Greenville, Ohio) finished with a 236 from Richmond, Ky.
Bluffton returns to action in Ostrander, Ohio, at the Laura Bump Invitational on Saturday, April 6.
