BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University women's soccer team (5-9, 0-6) came up a bit short against the conference-leading Transylvania Pioneers by the score of 3-0.
The Beavers tried out a new style of attack and were able to put some things together but could not find the net.
"It was a good match for us, we played some of our best soccer today," said coach Smucker. "Even with missing two starters we still played quite well."
The Beavers will be back in action when they host Thomas More on Wednesday. Start time is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
