KOKOMO, Ind. - The Bluffton University women's soccer team battled for nearly 105 minutes, but host IU-Kokomo snatched a 1-0 victory in double overtime on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019. Bluffton slipped to 1-4 on the season following its second extra-time loss in the last three matches, while Kokomo improved to 2-3 on the season.

The Cougars put up 24 shots while the Beavers only managed 12. IU-Kokomo forced six more corner kicks (8-2) but racked up seven more fouls (11-4). Junior keeper Sienna Sullivan (Columbus/Hilliard Davidson) walked away from the pitch with eight saves.

The women return to action on Sunday, Sept. 15, when they host Hiram College at the Sears Complex. Kickoff is slated for 2 p.m. Come out and support your Beavers!
