BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton University junior running back Darian Greeley (Belleville, Mich./Chippewa Valley) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week after helping Bluffton to its first win of the season on Saturday.

The Bluffton ground game was powered by Greeley who ran for a career-high 220-yards on 34 carries with a touchdown. It marked the most yards by a Bluffton back since Eric Fox churned out 221 against Ohio Wesleyan in 2014! The Beavers downed Anderson 24-17 on a day when pouring rain and driving winds kept passing to a minimum.

Bluffton is back in action next Saturday, Nov. 2, when the Beavers travel to North Manchester, Ind., to take on the Spartans in a Heartland Conference clash. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.
