Roland Brady is in his first year as an assistant with the Bluffton University football program, where he coaches the defensive line.

Brady coached linebackers and special teams at Kentucky State University as a student assistant after playing linebacker and graduating from KSU. Most recently he coached defensive ends at Howard Payne University as a graduate assistant.
