LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Bluffton University men's golf team opened the Heartland Conference Tournament with a 347 at the University Club of Kentucky on Saturday, April 27. 

Freshmen Spencer Daniels (Ashland) and Carter Mumbower (Newport, MI/Airport) led the way on day one with identical rounds of 83. Sophomore Takoda Pratt (Shelby) stepped up with an 89 while Nick Offenburger (Lexington) rounded out the scorers with a 92. Michael Fimiani (Willoughby) carded an even 100 for the Beavers

Bluffton is back in Lexington for day two of the HCAC Championships on Sunday, April 28, before the Beavers move to Anderson University on May Day weekend.
