Rain shortens ONU Invite to one day

LIMA, Ohio - The Bluffton University men's golf team saw its Sunday cut short due to rainfall that pelted most of Allen County. A 319 by the Beavers on Saturday, Aug. 31 served as the final score when only a few holes could be completed on Sunday.

Freshman Evan Kujawa (Toledo/Whitmer) continued his hot play with a team-low 77 to lead the Beavers. Fellow freshman Nathan Eberle (Grove City) was also under 80 with a 79 on Saturday. Junior Takoda Pratt (Mansfield/Shelby) and freshman Clay Quellhorst (New Bremen/Memorial) carded identical 81's, while Dominic Castelvetere (Ontario) was one stroke back at 82.

Bluffton returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 7 with a trip to Red Hawk Run in Findlay for the Ohio Cup.
