BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University women's golf team teed off the weekend with a 374 at the HCAC Preview on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019. Round one of the two-day event at the Bluffton Golf Club saw all 10 Heartland Conference schools participate as well as local rivals Ohio Northern and Heidelberg.

Sophomore Brylee Oberdorf (Green Springs/Clyde) smashed the school record of 89 with an 85 on Saturday! She was one of three current team members that held the record. Freshman Haley Gill (Indianapolis, IN/Franklin Central) and Keely Briggs (Franklin), who had both been right there with Oberdorf at 89, checked in with scores of 91 and 98 for the Beavers.

Freshman Marissa Hall (Avon Lake) finished with an even 100, while Abby Bullion (Bellevue) and Grace Branson (Carlisle) fired identical scores of 102 in weekend lidlifter.

The HCAC Preview will reach its climax on Sunday, Sept. 22, when the 9:30 a.m. shotgun starts signals the opening of day two at the Bluffton Golf Club. Good luck to the Beavers!
