Tanner Blyly comes to Bluffton as a first-year college coach. Prior to coaching, Blyly had a stint playing professionally for the Basketball Club Dvin in the Caucasus Basketball League. During his time overseas Blyly was selected to the all-star team, 3 point contest and was awarded 2nd Team All-League.  

As a student-athlete, Blyly was a four-year starter and two-year captain for the Hornets of Kalamazoo College. He earned All-MIAA honors in his senior year and is Kalamazoo's all-time leader in assists. Blyly also holds Kalamazoo records for single-game assists, single-season assists and is ranked 19th all-time in points scored. Blyly graduated from Kalamazoo College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. He will be earning his MBA with a specialty in leadership from Bluffton University in 2025.
