Participating Teams: Bluffton, Manchester, Transylvania

 

Location: Emery Sears Athletic Complex on the campus of Bluffton University

 

Parking: Busses may park on the north side of the stadium (closest to Augburger Rd.) or drop athletes off and park at the Sommer Center on campus

 

Team Areas and Facilities: Team areas will be marked off in the grass just outside of the track. Please inform your athletes to remain in their camp areas unless actively warming up, using the restroom, or racing. Masks and social distancing are encouraged.

 

Entries: "Heat Sheets" will be e‐mailed out once entries are finalized. A hard copy will be provided, along with race bibs, upon arrival to the meet.

 

Timing: Bluffton University staff and volunteers will be providing hand‐timed results for each team. We will also plan to have video recording at the finish line should there be any disputes. Please inform your athletes to finish in lane 3 to ensure accuracy. We are asking coaches to keep track of laps for lapped athletes.

 

Seeding: To maintain social distancing and provide a safe racing atmosphere, we will utilize boxed alley starts for each team. Starting lanes will be randomized and each athlete will be assigned a bib number to be worn on the front of the uniform.
