Hannah Horn was a former Division III student athlete from Elmhurst University. As a setter for the Blue Jays, she finished her career with 748 assists, 31 kills, and 247 digs. Her senior year, she was awarded both the Jack Swartz Academic Award and the Respect Award through the Collegiate Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. She was also awarded the Coaches Award through her volleyball team for the 2022 season. Horn was a member of SAAC for two years of her college career along with being inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma student athlete national honor society. She completed all four years at Elmhurst on the Deans List and will be graduating with honors.

Horn attended Tinora High School in Defiance, Ohio, where she played both volleyball and softball. She earned All-State and conference honors in volleyball and all conference honors in softball.
