BLUFFTON, OHIO - Junior tailback Ben Dodds (West Liberty/Bellefontaine) has been named the offensive player of the week in football for the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Dodds helped lead the Beavers to a 24-6 win over Hiram College last Saturday.

Dodds led the team with 164 yards rushing and two touchdowns off of 21 carries. He posted touchdown runs of 25 yards and 67 yards. Dodds now posts three touchdowns for the season and averages 116.5 yards per game on the ground.

Bluffton University (2-0) will travel to Thiel College on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
