Hadley and Harrington selected to play in Dream Bowl II

December 17, 2013

Cutting Edge Sports Management, host of the 2014 Dream Bowl, is pleased to announce that standout defensive back Joshua Hadley (Harper Woods, Mich./Harper Woods), of Bluffton University, has accepted an invitation to Dream Bowl II.

The second annual Dream Bowl will be played January 20, 2014 at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, VA. The College Football All-Star Game is a showcase of the best NCAA D-III players from across the country. The game and the series of events held over Martin Luther King Weekend is a celebration of the excellence, commitment, and sacrifice made by the players and their families.

After four years of play for the Bluffton University Beavers, Hadley was rewarded by being named to the 2nd Team All-HCAC following a dominating season in the Beaver secondary. Even more impressive was Joshua played the season with a torn labrum in his shoulder. The injury did not slow him down as he had 42 tackles, five tackles for loss, two interceptions, and a fumble recovery.

In the November 9, 2013 clash against Franklin College, Joshua displayed his all-around game with a sack, forced fumble and fumble recovery which he returned for 22 yards while shutting down the opposing receivers. In his last conference game against Defiance College the following week, Hadley recorded nine tackles, including one for a loss.

Joshua will be joining his teammate Drake Harrington (West Bloomfield, Mich./West Bloomfield) at the Dream Bowl II in Virginia Beach this January.
