Qway Janvier is in his first year as the assistant coach, specializing in sprints, at Bluffton University. He graduated from Defiance College in 2023 with B.S. in sports management with a minor in business. 

Janvier was a two-sport athlete at Defiance College where he ran track and was a two-year captain for the football team. He made his mark with numerous top 10 times in both indoor and outdoor track and field. His 60 meter dash time of 6.96 is 3rd all-time, while his 200 meter dash time of 22.72 seconds is also 3rd all-time. Janvier also finished his time at Defiance 5th all-time in the outdoor 200 meters with a time of 21.94 and 6th all-time with a 10.91 in the 100 meters.
