Bluffton wraps up season at Earlham

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Bluffton University women's golf team displayed its consistency on the final day of the 2021-22 season, shooting a 357 for the second straight round on the way to 4th place at the Earlham College Women's Invitational. Bluffton finished with a 714, just five strokes behind MSJ and seven off of Hanover.

Haley Gill (Indianapolis, IN/Franklin Central) went 87-88 over the weekend, jumping up to 7th place for the tournament. Freshman Kiley Cline (Fostoria/Hopewell Louden) was a tick back in 8th place after shooting a 176 (83-93).

Senior Brylee Oberdorf (Green Springs/Clyde) shaved five strokes off her Saturday score, shooting an 88 on Sunday for a 181 total. Allie Waggener (Hilliard/Hilliard Bradley) and Shelby Stammen (Fort Recovery) both showed big improvement on day two, carding scores of 88 and 97, respectively.

The women's golf season is now in the books with the men wrapping up their 2021-22 campaign at the HCAC Championships starting Friday, April 29.
