Bluffton drops HCAC match to Manchester, 4-0

In their only game last week, the Bluffton College women's soccer team was defeated 4-0 at Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Manchester College on Thursday to see their record slip to 1-11 overall and 0-5 in the HCAC. 

The Beavers have two contests remaining, beginning on Sat., Oct. 26 as BC travels to Mt. St. Joseph. Bluffton will then end their season at home against Hanover College on Sat., Nov. 2 at 11 a.m.

Four players share the team-lead in scoring with one goal each, including sophomore Heather Brooke, junior Kelly Dietrick, senior Jill Domachowski and sophomore Emily Peter.

Senior Dayna Peiffer, who collected 34 saves in the Manchester game, leads the goalkeepers with 120 saves on the season. Sophomore Rochelle Saccomen has 57 saves and freshman Tara Manley has added in 12.
