Beavers suffer shutout to the Student Princes, 3-0

BLUFFTON, Ohio -The Bluffton University women's soccer team (1-5) lost a hard fought contest to the Student Princes of Heidelberg (4-4-1) on Wednesday, September 27 by a score of 3-0. 

Freshman ALLISON WHITE (Lima/Shawnee) took seven shots for the Beavers who put up a total of 17 shots during the game. Sophomore goalkeeper ASHLEY BLOOM (Tiffin/Calvert) stopped 12 Heidelberg shots to keep the Beavers in the game.

Bluffton will return to action Saturday, October 1, 2005 when they host Anderson. The match is set to begin at 1 p.m. and it will be followed by the men's soccer match with Anderson at 3 p.m.
