BLUFFTON, Ohio - Sophomore Travion Curry (Thomson, Ga.) has been named the HCAC Defensive Player of the Week after leading the Beavers to a 28-22 victory over Franklin on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Curry led the way for a Beaver defense that overcame six turnovers to defeat Franklin College for the first time since 2013. He had a game-high 10 total tackles to go along with two pass breakups and a forced fumble.

The Beavers will close out the 2024 season next week when they host long-time rival Defiance College in the final battle for the 'Hammer' on Saturday, Nov. 16, with a 1:30 p.m. Senior Day kickoff. Come out and support your Beavers!
