Bluffton opens Kyle Ryman Memorial with a 332

TIFFIN, Ohio - Darkness halted day one of the Kyle Ryman Memorial on Monday, Oct. 5, after a two-hour fog delay pushed the start time back at Tiffin, Ohio, on a day when many of the area school cancelled classes. Bluffton made it through the first 18 without a hitch, but the fog delay kept the Beavers from completing all 36 holes on Monday.

Sophomore Clay Quellhorst (St. Marys/Memorial) led the Beavers with an 80 on the first 18 Monday. Junior Spencer Daniels (Ashland) was two shots back with an 82, while senior Takoda Pratt (Mansfield/Shelby) and sophomore Nathan Eberle (Grove City) checked in with identical 85's. Nick Offenburger (Lexington) rounded out the Bluffton five with an 88 for round one.

With a few holes to finish from Monday, those will be completed first before heading right into the final 18 at Tiffin on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
