Men tabbed 6th in HCAC pre-season coaches poll

CARMEL, Ind. – In the Spring 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) men's golf preseason poll, Transylvania University was picked to finish on top in a vote of conference coaches.
 
The Pioneers claimed a commanding lead in the poll with 61 points. Franklin College finished in second with 48 points, with Hanover College just behind in the third place slot with 45 points. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (40) finished in a pick for fourth, with Mount St. Joseph University (38) rounding out the top five.

Bluffton had two men recognized in the 'Players to Watch' when the HCAC pre-season poll was released. Senior Takoda Pratt (Shelby) and sophomore Clay Quellhorst (St. Marys/Memorial) were highlighted by the Heartland Conference.
