RICHMOND, Ky. - The Bluffton University men's golf team was back in action for the first time since October 16 when the Beavers traveled to Richmond, Ky., for the Alice Lloyd College invite on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Battling powerful Kentucky winds, the men showed they were more than up to the task. Bluffton stands 6th in a field of talented NAIA schools after shooting a 327 on Saturday.

Clay Quellhorst (St. Marys/Memorial) and Nathan Eberle (Grove City) paced the Beavers with identical scores of 80. Just one tick back is Dominic Castelvetere (Ontario) who opened with an 81. Evan Kujawa (Toledo/Whitmer) followed with an 86 and Nick Offenburger (Lexington) rounded out the scoring with a 90.

Both the men and women will be back on the links Sunday morning when they cap off the weekend at Battlefield Golf Club for day two of the Alice Lloyd Invitational.
