Bluffton shoots a 609 at Beaver Fall Classic

BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University men's golf team capped off the 2023 Beaver Fall Classic with a 310 on Sunday, Oct. 1, giving the home team a 609 for the tournament which is 2nd all-time to the school-record 605 from 2021!

Hunter Jolliff (Elida) put together consecutive rounds of 73 for a school-record 146 at Bluffton Golf Club! Just three strokes off his pace was fellow junior Brayden Tosi (Springfield/Kenton Ridge) who finished with a 149 thanks to scores of 74 and 75. It moves Tosi into 3rd (tied) all-time for 36 holes.

Graduate student Evan Kujawa (Toledo/Whitmer) wrapped up the weekend with a 152. Freshman Carson Brubaker (Shelby) and Noah Macke (Columbus Grove) rounded out the Bluffton scoring at 165 and 166, respectively.

The men will be off for the next two weeks before capping the fall with a trip to South Bend, Ind. for the Region V Showcase on Monday, Oct. 23 and Tuesday, Oct. 24.
