SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Bluffton University men's golf team kicked off its final tournament of 2023 with a 337 on Monday, Oct. 23. Bluffton traveled to South Bend, Ind., for the Region V Showcase on the campus of Notre Dame University.

Graduate student Evan Kujawa (Toledo/Whitmer) fired an 81 to pace the Beavers on day one. Hunter Jolliff (Elida) was three strokes back with an 84. Fellow junior Brayden Tosi (Springfield/Kenton Ridge) carded an 85 at the Warren Golf Club.

Freshman Carson Brubaker (Shelby) and Noah Macke (Columbus Grove) went 87 and 88, respectively, adding up to a 337 on day one from Notre Dame.

Bluffton will tie a bow on its 2023 slate when the Region V Showcase tees off at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
