Bluffton College junior Diego Rodriguez (Kalona, Iowa/Iowa Mennonite) has been named first-team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in men's soccer, according to a vote of the HCAC coaches released last week.

It was the third straight All-HCAC selection for Rodriguez, who also earned first team honors as a freshman and sophomore.

Rodriguez ranked among the team leaders in scoring once again this season. He led the team with five assists, was fourth with three goals scored and his eleven total points ranked third. Last season Rodriguez collected four goals and one assist for nine total points which was good enough for second on the team. His freshman year he collected eight goals and 18 total points as he led the Beavers in scoring.
