BLUFFTON, Ohio -The Bluffton University men's soccer team (1-3) lost a close match to Bethel College 2-1 on Saturday, September 10, 2005.

Senior DAVID LANKA (Plain City/Jonathon Alder) scored on a penalty kick at the 82 minute mark. Junior goalkeeper RYAN THOMAS (Jamestown/Greenview) had four saves for the game.

The Beavers will be back in action Thursday, Sept. 15 at Oberlin College.  Kickoff starts at 5 p.m.
