BLUFFTON, Ohio -The Bluffton University men's soccer team was defeated by Marietta by the score of 5-1. The loss drops the Beavers to 3-5 on the season.
Sophomore TYLER CHAPMAN (Shreve/Triway) was Bluffton's lone scorer with a goal 27 minutes into the match, Freshman NATE FLATH(Wadsworth/Wadsworth) provided the assist. Junior goalkeeper RYAN THOMAS (Jamestown/Greenview) had 12 saves on the match.
The Beavers will return to action on Wednesday, September 28 when they will be at Lake Erie. The match is set to begin at 4 p.m.
