Coffey named Heartland Conference Offensive Player of the Week

BLUFFTON, Ohio - For the second time in three weeks, a member of the Bluffton University men's soccer team has been named the Heartland Conference men's soccer Offensive Player of the Week. Freshman Hunter Coffey (Wapakoneta) secured the honor just two weeks after sophomore Dalton Taynor (Troy) was recognized by the HCAC.

Coffey's two scores in a span of less than three minutes pushed it to 6-0 in Bluffton's 7-0 victory at Blackburn on Friday night. The freshman is tied for second on the team with three goals.

Bluffton is back on its home pitch Wednesday, Sept. 25, when Wooster comes to town for a 3:30 p.m. start at the Sears Complex.
