TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Bluffton University men's soccer team fell behind less than two minutes in as RHIT rolled to a 5-1 victory on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021. Bluffton dipped to 7-7 overall and 3-5 in the Heartland Conference, while Rose improved to 11-4-1 and 8-0 in league play.

Senior Dalton Taynor (Troy/Miami East) provided the loan bright spot for Bluffton on Saturday, netting his 12th goal of the season midway through the second stanza! 

Rose-finished with an 18-3 edge in total shots, including 9-1 on frame. The Beavers were whistled for two more fouls (11-9).

Taynor, Elijah Zimmerman (Archbold) and Elijah Grieser (Wauseon/Pettisville) all fired shots for the visitors.

Bluffton's regular season will come to a close on Wednesday, Oct. 27, when the Beavers travel to North Manchester, Ind., for a 7:30 p.m. matchup with Manchester University. Go Beavers!
