BLUFFTON, Ohio - Sophomore Brandon James (Waynesfield/Waynesfield-Goshen) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Field Athlete of the Week.

James took first place at the All-Ohio DIII Track & Field Championships Multi-Events at Denison University over the weekend. He finished with 4,292 points, nearly 100 more than his closest competitor. James won the long jump and the shot put with a second-place finish in the high jump en route to his All-Ohio Multi championship.

Bluffton will be traveling to Ohio Wesleyan for the Valentine's Open on Friday, Feb 14, while those Beavers who have qualified will head to Otterbein for the All-Ohio meet on Saturday, Feb 15.
