Chris Scott is currently in his second season as head track and field coach at Bluffton University. 

Scott has coached track and field since October 2012. Most recently, Scott has been a graduate assistant coach at Tiffin University. As a graduate assistant, Scott was responsible for conditioning and training sprinters and hurdlers, assisted with recruiting and helped the team implement community service. Scott was also head track and field and cross country coach at Marian University. While at Marian, Scott helped his athletes break 13 school records, had nine all-conference athletes in one year and placed third at several conference meets.

"It is an honor to accept the position as head track and field coach and assistant cross country coach," said Scott. "Thank you, James Grandey, athletic director, for the opportunity to be part of Bluffton University.  It's a great day to be a Beaver!"

Scott earned a bachelor's degree in physical education, with a coaching minor from Kentucky State University in 2013. He currently resides in Fostoria.
