BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton University sophomore Kaylee Grant (Lima/Shawnee) was named the Heartland Conference Hitting Athlete of the Week for her work against Asbury University!

Grant was mashing on Friday night as the shortstop went 6-of-8 in a home doubleheader split against Asbury University. She pounded a home run and two doubles while slugging at an astronomical 1.375 clip! Grant drove in four runs, scored four times and had a.750 on base percentage with a stolen base thrown in for good measure.

Bluffton is back at home on Thursday, March 28, when the Beavers welcome Olivet College for another doubleheader with a school from the MIAA. Game one is slated for 3:30 p.m.
