Bock notches second double-double but BC falls at Thomas More

February 10, 2001

Bluffton shot an impressive 50% from the floor and Bock notched her second double-double of the season, but it wasn't enough as BC fell at Thomas More Saturday 79-68.

Bluffton trailed at halftime 34-24 but thanks to baskets from Snavely and freshman Jennifer Treat, came back to tie the score at 59-59 with 5:20 left in the game. BC was held scoreless for nearly three minutes shortly after that, however, as the host Saint squad pulled away down the stretch.

Snavely led BC with 17 points, while Bock collected 14 points and 12 rebounds. Bear also hit for double figures with 12 points and Treat hit two treys on her way to a season-high nine points.

Bluffton sees their overall record slip to 10-12 as the Beavers enter the final week of the regular season. BC will travel to Anderson on Wednesday and then to Franklin on Saturday.
