BLUFFTON, Ohio - Junior KARIN SCHALLER (Jenera/Arlington), sophomore TANYA RICKENBERG (Paulding/Paulding) and freshman ASHLEIGH STALLKAMP (Paulding/Paulding) have been named to the All-Heartland Conference honorable mention team for 2004-05. Stallkamp was also named to the HCAC All-freshman squad.

Schaller posted 64 blocks for the season to lead both Bluffton and the Heartland Conference. She placed second on the team in rebounds with 141 (49 offensive, 92 defensive) and averaged 4.4 points per game. Schaller finished the year at 16th in the Heartland Conference in rebounding. This is the second year that Schaller has been named to the honorable mention team.

Rickenberg was second on the team in scoring this season as she averaged 10.9 points per game to place 15th in the HCAC in scoring. She posted a .392 overall shooting percentage (94-of-240) for the year to rank 15th in the conference. Rickenberg connected on 74-of-109 shots from the free throw line for a .679 free throw percentage (10th in HCAC). She led the Beavers with 61 assists for the season (11th in HCAC). This is the second year that Rickenberg has been named to the honorable mention team.

Stallkamp had a great first season for Bluffton as she led the team in scoring (14.4 points per game), rebounds (155) and steals (54). She placed seventh in the Heartland Conference in scoring, 14th in rebounding and sixth in steals. Stallkamp connected on 38 three-pointers to lead the Beavers and place 10th in the league.

Bluffton University finished the 2004-05 season with a 4-22 overall record and a 1-13 mark in the Heartland Conference. The Beavers ended the year in the first round of the HCAC tournament as they fell to Franklin College 83-48.
