For the week, Bush was red hot from the field, knocking down 20-of-27 shots for a blistering 74 percent. She ripped down 27 rebounds, dished out two assists and picked up three steals. Her consecutive double-doubles propelled the Beavers to their most wins (five) since the 2000-01 season when Bluffton finished with a 12-14 record.
Against the Lions on Wednesday night, Bush ignited the crowd with 25 points on 11-of-14 shooting. She rejected six Mount St. Joseph shots and hauled in 13 rebounds.
Bush followed up her Wednesday night performance with a stellar 9-of-13 shooting afternoon as the Beavers knocked off Franklin College on Saturday, Jan. 20. She ended the contest with her second straight double-double, 25 points and 14 boards, including five offensive caroms.
