BLUFFTON, Ohio - Sophomore Brianna Gillig (New Riegel) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week for her work against Heidelberg on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

Gillig just missed her third career double-double, putting up 22 points and pulling down nine boards, as Bluffton downed the Student Princes 70-65 at home on Tuesday night when the Beavers improved to 4-0 on the season.

Bluffton returns to action on Wednesday, Dec. 4, when the Beavers travel to Mount St. Joseph for the Heartland Conference lidlifter at 7:30 p.m.
