KOKOMO, Ind. - The Bluffton University women's golf team continued its hot play with a 2nd place finish at the IU Kokomo Spring Shootout on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The Beavers trailed just Indiana University East from the NAIA when the dust settled on Sunday!
Seniors Kiley Cline (Fostoria/Hopewell Louden) and Allie Waggener (Hilliard/Hilliard Bradley) both carded 78's on Sunday, adding up to a 159 for Cline and 160 for Waggener. They placed 3rd and 5th, respectively!
Sophomores Hope Manning (South Charleston/Southeastern) and Jordan Hemmelgarn (Coldwater) both garnered top 15 finishes with scores of 167 and 168, respectively. Freshman Keylee Goerss (Hamilton/Talawanda) shaved five strokes off her Saturday score, shooting a 90 on day two.
The Bluffton women return to Indiana for the Earlham Spring Invitational on Good Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19.
