BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University volleyball team (10-19, 1-5 HCAC) were defeated by Franklin College 3-1 on Tuesday night. Match scores were: 30-26 (F), 30-16 (F), 30-25 (B), 30-21 (F).

Senior COURTNEY TISHER (Rittman/Rittman) had a team high 15 kills with senior ERIN KREIM (New Washington/Buckeye Central) knocking down 10 kills. Senior defensive specialistKELLY KETTINGER (Oregon/Clay) led the Beavers with 31 digs with Erin Kreim posting 19 digs. Sophomore JAMIE SHORES (Waukegan, Ill./Waukegan) led Bluffton with two service aces on the match.

The Beavers will be back in action next Tuesday for their 2004 season finale. Bluffton will host Manchester College for another HCAC matchup. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
