Senior COURTNEY TISHER (Rittman/Rittman) has been selected as second team All-Heartland Conference for the 2004 season. 

For the season Tisher played in 105 total games and posted 323 kills for a .237 kill percentage to lead the Beavers. The senior started off the year as a middle hitter and moved to outside hitter midway through the season. She had 30 solo and 46 assisted blocks for the season and a team high 30 service aces. Tisher was also named to the Wooster Invitational all-tournament team for her efforts.

"Courtney making second team shows her great work ethic and attitude throughout the season," assistant coach Alisha Buchanan said. "Her presence on and off the court will be greatly missed. It is a great accomplishment to be recognized in such a competitive volleyball conference."
