ADA, Ohio - Bluffton (3-2, 0-0) fell to the #12 ranked Polar Bears of Ohio Northern University, 3-0, by scores of 30-17, 30-13 and 30-15. The Beavers were led by junior outside hitter KALLAAESCHLIMAN (Wauseon/Wauseon), as she hit for over .200 and knocked down eight kills. RACHEL ALVAREZ (Convoy/Crestview) chimed in with eight kills of her own to round out the frontline offensive attack. Freshman BRITTANY ROTH (Findlay/Findlay) controlled the back line for the Beavers with a total of 14 digs. Senior setter BRITTANY SHULTZ (Hudson, IN/Prairie Heights) tallied 13 assists while junior CHELSEA WYSE(Archbold/Archbold) finished with 11.

The Beavers travel to The College of Wooster this weekend for a two-day tournament. They open play against Wooster on Friday, September 8th, at 6 PM.
