BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton University's Jenny Brown (St. Marys/Memorial) led the Beavers to a pair of sweeps during the week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week on offense for the third time this season. 

The senior middle hitter rammed home 20 kills with just three errors on 36 attacks, finishing the week with a white-hot .472 hitting percentage, as the Beavers swept Mount St. Joseph and Franklin. Brown hit .650 with 14 kills during her final home match Sunday against Franklin College. 

Bluffton (17-12, 8-1 HCAC) earned the No. 2 seed in this week's HCAC tournament and will face the winner of Defiance and Manchester in the tourney semifinals Saturday at Hanover College (5 PM).
