Women Finish 15th and Men 16th at All-Ohio Championships

Bluffton, Ohio - The Beaver Cross Country team traveled to Ohio Wesleyan University on Friday, October 7, 2005 to compete in the All-Ohio Championships. The men placed 16th out of 20 teams while the women finished 15th out of 20 teams.

Leading the way for the women was sophomore SARAH HUMPHREY (Upper Sandusky/Upper Sandusky) who finished 42nd with a time of 20:52. Senior JENNIFER CREAMER(Westerville/Westerville South) crossed the finish line in 21:34.2 which was good for 67th place. Freshman BREE FETTERMAN (North Royalton/Padua) also ran a strong race as she finished 93rd with a time of 22:34.

Senior DAN ROSEBROCK (Napoleon/Napoleon) paced the Bluffton men with a time of 28:55.5 which put him in 58th place. Sophomore HILLARY SHILOSIO (Eldoret/Kenya) finished in 88th place (29:56.5) while senior PATRICK COOLEY (Ludlow Falls/Milton Union) finished in 30:20.1 to place 101st in the Division III race.

The Beaver cross country team returns to action on Friday, October 14th when they run at the Wilmington Fall Classic.
